Appointment ProcessOur practice is run on an appointment system. This enables us to give you and your pet our personal and undivided attention during your visit. We have arranged our consultation hours so that you can make an appointment that is convenient for you. If you are unable to keep your appointment, please call to cancel. |
For your pet's safety we require all pets to be properly restrained upon entering the clinic. Dog leads are available from the reception area. Cats should be in pet carriers. |
All animals requiring hospitalization and/or surgery must have complete and current vaccinations for their own protection. Please be prepared to show proof of vaccination to the receptionist upon admission. Animals undergoing anesthesia should not have food or water after 10pm the night prior to admission. All animals showing evidence of parasites (fleas, ticks, mites, etc.) will be treated upon admission. There is a nominal charge for this procedure. We recommend that all animals over seven years of age that are to undergo anethesia have a pre-surgical blood evaluation. This enables us to ensure that anesthesia will be as safe as possible. |
