Heather started at Birchmount as a co-op student in 1999 and then worked full time as a kennel attendant. She took a grooming course and became a full time groomer.

Cassandra has grown up and spent her entire life working and being with animals from small to large. She currently shares her home with cicchlid fish, a bunny, five cats, three dogs and a horse with whom she competes. She has been grooming professionally for over five years and enjoys its rewards and challenges.
