| I made our first appointment at Birchmount Veterinary Clinic and hoped for the best. Our newly adopted dog Charlie had been badly abused and he did not trust men. Dr. Barrett was so gentle with him that Charlie was comfortable right from the start. That was 20 years ago. Since then, I have moved out of the city but have not found a local veterinarian who measures up to the gold standard set by the veterinarians and staff at Birchmount. It’s well worth the 40 minute drive each way to ensure that “The Boys” get the best care available. Special thanks to Jackie and Stacey for their tender care when I’ve had to say good-bye to one of my beloved animals. |
